From Research to Reality
At the end of 2021, as testing of the first release of the cloud-native SDN controller developed within the TeraFlow H2020 project was being completed, it became clear that the software had potential far beyond the scope of the research project.
Making the source code publicly available was considered only the first step. A broader objective was identified: to establish an open source community where developers, researchers, operators, and industry could collaborate to advance cloud-native SDN.
That ambition led us to ask a simple question: How do we build something that lasts?. Read the story behind our evolution.
