The second is agentic automation: TeraFlowSDN now exposes its control functions through the Model Context Protocol (MCP), so AI agents can inspect topology, devices, links, services, and optical spectrum resources. On top of that, Agent-to-Agent (A2A) interfaces let multiple TeraFlowSDN instances — each responsible for a different optical domain — coordinate and negotiate cross-domain optical connectivity services.
